Your Satisfaction

Sometimes even when folks do their best, special attention can be needed after a sale. If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered from us, please contact us at sales@northairemarket.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issue or concerns you may have.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, please call us to receive a returned goods authorization code (RGA). Then write the RGA code on a copy of your invoice and return it to us along with the merchandise. You may send your return to us via either UPS or insured mail to:

Shipping

Our shipping rates are for deliveries to the contiguous United States, and APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for shipping/cost options.

NOTE: Orders of $60.00 or more receive FREE FREIGHT!
