A full bodied cheesy soup with a satiny texture and a creamy smoothness. Gluten and Trans Fat free.
We use bright green, fresh harvested, broccoli beads which are small, sweet, and flavor packed. They provide complete flavor dispersion through out the soup without any tough or woody stalks.
Just add water! But if you like, add diced ham or cauliflower, or add another cheese note with either Parmesan or Gouda.
