This winner of the Gourmet Retailer’s Award includes a delicate bisque with a meaty smoked salmon fillet. We use only wild Alaskan salmon and the flavor is true and wonderful … there’s no fishiness here!
Garnish individual soup bowls with lemon slices or sprigs of fresh herbs for a beautiful presentation.
We like to reduce the water a bit and let it cook a little longer so the bisque thickens; then ladle it over cooked fettucini. Good enough for company!
Just add water.
